Organised a telephone interview with one person, and was given no indication that I would be speaking to someone completely different. Interview was super quick, no info about the company itself or opportunity to ask any of my own questions - or any elaboration of the role. More so quick fire questions about my thoughts on the Instagram page and whether I’d be comfortable with the occasional late night.
After the interview I heard nothing, not even a simple rejection letter or update. Gave me a huge indication about the company culture and vibe. Very disappointing, clearly a company that lacks basic etiquette.
