I met directly with the hiring manager. Moving onto the next round they had a project assignment to see how you would set up a campaign. The details were specific and the project could be completed within a week.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do you prioritize multiple complex and time sensitive projects?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Streamlabs
Interview
The interview was pretty simple but I didn’t receive an offer they said because of skill set which doesn’t make sense since I had the skill set and they had my resume beforehand and they didn’t ask any skill based questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Streamlabs (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
Initial phonecall with a recruiter, followed by at-home technical challenge to parse some endpoints and essentially recreate TikTok, followed by in-person interviews - two interviewers at the same time, discussing experience.
I had Android experience on my resume, but was interviewing for an iOS position and did the technical screening in Swift.
The interviewers exclusively asked me about Android (in-depth), which I had not prepared for, then told me I was a lot more junior than I thought I was.
I was also told that anyone working there who was serious about their job stayed late every evening.
