Interviewed with the company in two different instances. Wasn't offered the role at first due to someone else getting hired before me, but was offered the role after another round of interviews a few months later. Both instances lasted a couple of weeks, with the second one being a bit shorter compared to the first. Overall, it was 3 rounds of interviews. Each interview was done in an extremely accommodating manner, with questions ranging from work experience, to various scenarios surrounding proper understanding of the role, and whether I have the skillset required for the job. I enjoyed every interview and was thankful for the professionalism showed by everyone throughout the entire process.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at StreamElements
Interview
Simple, easy, and effective. The representatives reached out in a timely manner and were always responsive to any questions I had. Once I passed the initial phone interview, I had a video interview with a direct manager, and a last interview with the head of the department. I received an offer for this role two weeks later. I had a lovely experience speaking to everyone I interviewed with. I would definitely recommend interviewing here.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at StreamElements in Oct 2022
Interview
First up was the HR phone interview. Kind of a default interview to go over the position and make sure you're a good fit. Then came video interviews with the direct manager and director of the department, both of which are great people that describe a great culture.
