      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Strayer University (Philadelphia, PA) in Oct 2015

      Interview

15-minute teaching demonstration, interview, by a panel, area Deans, recruiter calls, Dean arranges interview time. In a classroom so take a thumb drive to show teaching ability, use technology, engage the audience. Use handouts, be interesting. Ask questions, follow up. Know about the company. The audience is sympathetic and supportive. It is not a scary, gotcha type of setting.
