This was a quick and efficient process, which is rare with employers these days. Very organized, also. This included a basic interview and then a coaching demo. Realistically, this is not a company for experienced coaches; recruiters with this company should have had experience with being credentialed coaches or certified coaching mentors to ascertain coaching mastery. Coaching is not about fixing, it is about active listening and co-design of goals and actions, which are client-led.
