There was a phone screen, an interactive Python code test, followed by an on-site. They made me an offer the day after the interview, and I accepted a few days later after some negotiation.

Interview
I spoke with the CEO for the phone screening round. He asked me to tell him a little bit about myself and then he asked more specific questions about what kind of tools I've worked with in the past and whether I could use some of the tools that they were using.
