I’m sorry to hear you were frustrated by our hiring process. As we look to find people who are the best fit for the work we do, an important screening tool we use are case studies. They’re straightforward and hypothetical, and because of our need to maintain confidentiality, never relate to client work. Over the years we’ve found these to be a really valuable recruiting tool. It helps us see how people think through problems and allows us to compare candidates fairly. We’d be happy to give you some feedback on why we decided not to advance you further in the process.
