partner mostly ask behavioral, easy case mostly qualitative
the junior person is usually a bad cop, will ask a lot of cross questions so be confident
make sure you are taking nudges from the interviewer as s& is mostly led by interviewer so don't be stuck in one direction. BE COACHABLE

Interview was very conversational focusing on my past experience and interest in the strategy/consulting industry. There were two two given throughout the whole process, which were structured more as interview-driven/discussion way.

Questions were very tailored to my previous work experience
The interview consisted of one super day, which was three cases back-to-back. Three different interviewers asked business-related questions and some behavioral questions. The behavioral questions were very standard; "tell me about a time you failed?" "tell me about a time you succeeded in the workplace?"
