First round is a video call with one of the higher ups, who also works in the HR aspect of the company. I inquired about the timeline in the hiring process, I was told that I was going to hear back "within one or two weeks, either way." That sounded rather vague. Three weeks later, I reached out to someone else within the company. I was told that there are a number of leaders on vacation or traveling on business and sometimes they can't respond.
