Interviewed with the owner who wasn't the most skilled in interviewing. Didn't start the interview by telling me more about the role or any background about themselves. Then after I told them "about myself" they were like they are looking for someone with specific experience as an advisor to which I asked then why did you reach out to me for an interview and they replied because they are hiring in 2 months for another role paying $30,000 less. Said that I could be developed into an Advisor. They definitely need a recruiter for screening purposes since they service "high networth" individuals.
