The interview process for the Summer 2025 Financial Advising Internship at Strategic Financial Group was smooth and well-structured. It started with an online survey, followed by a 30-minute Zoom interview with a recruiter covering behavioral questions and my interest in the role. The final round consisted of Zoom interviews with senior advisors and a managing partner, focusing on my understanding of wealth management and long-term career goals. The process was professional, efficient, and gave great insight into the firm’s culture.
