Interview
Step 1: Interview with the Director of the service that you have applied for.
Step 2: Director would usually request for a writing sample (you should send something you had written in the past via email to the Director) - The Director probably wouldn't know if someone else had written the sample.
Step 3: Interview with President of Stratas Advisors (via phone call if you are not physically present in Houston, U.S.A.)

Basic things like why do you want to work at Stratas Advisors, how much do you know about the company and the oil & gas industry, etc. Straightforward interview with the President - He just wants to know more about your background and your motivation.
