campus recruitment. They shortlisted students who applied and took 1 round of interview at our campus and called for another round of interview at their office. In second round they picked up all even those who were not even interviewed again! It appeared that the company is not bothered about who they are hiring. There were 2 persons on the interview panel who were quite young and looked inexperienced. Company is not that good and does not pay their employees often.

Questions were not difficult or unexpected. Interview only lasted for 2-3 minutes for all he applicants where they asked us about ourselves and how we can improve or increase their business.
