Stran & Company interview questions

Found posting on Indeed. Heard from Hiring Manager shortly after submitting application. They expressed urgency. In short order, I spoke to: (1) Hiring Manager, (2) team member who was leaving role (for retirement) and (3) a fellow member of the marketing team. I was asked to complete a Culture Index survey. After completing aforementioned steps, communications went quiet. I followed up two weeks after last step, was told I was a promising fit and that I'd hear from them again soon. That was 2+ months ago.
