Informal chat with HR followed by an interview with the Managing Partner, a psychometric test and finally an interview with the Regional Managing Partner before an offer was made. All interviews were over Zoom which suited my needs, they were flexible which I appreciated. It was a smooth process and all those I spoke to were really nice which made me want to join as Stowe came across as a very friendly and flexible place to work.
