very good management staff that explained everything. They made me feel comfortable and it was an enjoyable process, They were very friendly and seemed explained in detail every aspect of the position.

They were all scenario based question and answers which was ok but somewhat difficult after the first couple of questions.

Interview
Phone interview with HR director. She was very friendly and open. No behavioral questions as I suspected there would be. She asked a few questions about my qualifications and then scheduled a face to face interview for the next day. I interviewed with her at which time she asked me some of the behavioral questions I anticipated the day before. However she was very easy to talk to, seemed very approachable. Next I interviewed with a senior member of the operations team. He asked specific questions related to my past experience and asked how I would apply that to this job. He also asked for some personal background which hardly ever happens in an interview and was quite a welcome change. He also was very easy to talk to, very friendly.
