same, lame interview process of all healthcare companies. sit at a table while the leaders judge you :) HR, Owner, COO, all pepper you with questions and make promises how awesome the company is etc.

Question 1
Expereince in the line of work, knowledge of regs. They did not say that they use Adminsitrators as a simple person to comply only to a regulation. Or that they require Administrators, a Salary position, to clock in and out - first ever for me. not a lot of trust and very low, comparative, industry pay.
