Lots of conversations with investment team, with interviewers ranging from analysts to IC members. Overall, each interview varied in terms of behavioral or technical, but skewed from behavioral compared to other PE firms.

Two in person first round interviews with VPs. Asked about deal experience, paper LBO, basic technicals. Followed by super day in person with 10+ team members. Some fit, mostly asking about deals, so know your numbers and your deals in and out. No modeling test
