We were surprised and disappointed to see your review, as it seems that there may have been a miscommunication during your interview process. We’d like to address that here if we can!
We appreciate the time you took to interview for our Onboarding Specialist role. As is standard practice during the hiring process, we do our best to fairly and thoroughly review the qualifications of candidates before making a decision, and this involves multiple rounds of interviews with multiple candidates before we’re able to extend an offer. When we extend an offer, it’s with the core needs of our team and business in mind.
We don’t believe in ghosting - it’s unfair and adds unnecessary stress to the job search. This is why, after you completed your final round interview on 5/21/24, we sent you an email notifying you of our decision a few days later on 5/29/24 (we’d be happy to provide a record of this to you if you’d like!). Either way, we’re sorry if that email didn’t make it to your inbox and that you felt ghosted as a result.
