The process was straightforward and professional. It began with an initial recruiter screening call to discuss my background and the role's requirements. This was followed by a 45-minute behavioral interview with the hiring manager. The tone was conversational but focused heavily on my past project experience and how I handle specific workplace challenges. While the communication was clear throughout, I ultimately did not receive an offer
