Very informal, mostly virtual. Started with a 45 minute call with a partner in the relevant practice group, then a 30 minute call with HR, then a 75-minute Zoom interview with the recruitment manager and a senior partner. The first two parts were very informal conversations, more of a "getting to know you" kind of thing. The Zoom interview was pretty standard, mostly about my experience and any "red flags" with my resume.
