Initial phone screening call time by HR was missed. The call time came; no call, no email requesting to cancel or to postpone. The phone screen eventually happened a couple of weeks later and was a good conversation. However, HR communications went completely dark after that. No updates on the ATS, no emails, nothing. I had applied there in previous years but will not ever apply there again. Hopefully with Simmons Bank taking over they will treat their professional employee prospects the same way they would want their internal and external customers treated.
