Stillwater Human Capital interview questions

2 week recruiter class where you are taught how to recruit. The class has a bunch of other candidates and the entire leadership team. They spend two weeks with you so your entire personality is evaluated over the course of the two weeks.

Conducted a phone and in person interview, very relaxed and more of a conversation than a typical interview. Everybody is the company's leadership team was very easy to talk to, allowing the interview to be more honest as opposed to saying and hearing what everybody wants to hear.
