Good interview proceed, standard questions on fundamentals of accounting with real life practical scenarios. Test based on excel modelling techniques, while additional questions on the STAR format. Also asked questions on macros and Power BI and how AI can assist in the automation of Finance.

Interview
It was very rigid. People were nice. They are looking for highly capable and highly efficient people. You need to have solid excel capabilities to get your foot in the door. Come prepared.

Interview
The interview process was poor. The recruiter was poor as he kept going off topic. Asked good questions but was unable to answer. He said he would get back within a week if I had made it or not.
Definitely rubbed me the wrong way.
