I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Stifel Financial (Boise, ID) in May 2023
Interview
I applied and a month later, received an email requesting an interview in June 2023. The interview itself was fairly easy with the manager saying several times during the course of it that he liked my experience and that I was one of two people being interviewed for the job. He said he'd like to have one of his employees speak with me as well so he'd call for a second interview soon. He walked me to the front desk and, again, reiterated he'd be calling soon for an interview. Three more times after that we spoke via telephone and email, with him saying he'd be calling soon to set up a second interview. I never heard back after that. I thought it was very rude and extremely unprofessional of him to lead me on and waste my time. I would not recommend working for this company.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Stifel Financial
Interview
One phone interview with HR at headquarters and then one in office interview. Phone interview was very easy, mostly background questions. In office was more in depth, with questions like why do you want to be here?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stifel Financial (New York, NY)
Interview
There were four total interviews. The first was semi-formal—behavioral interview questions. Second was with the advisor I would work with. Third was with the team. Fourth was with a manager I would report to. All interviews were personality-heavy. I was still nervous.
