I interviewed twice in person with a follow-up phone interview and several back and forth e-mail responses. The whole process took around four weeks. I was given an offer but after accepting it was rescinded with no legitimate explanation. It was a very unprofessional experience.
The Steven Alan team takes recruiting and the hiring of employees very seriously. Offers extended to potential employees are not readily rescinded without just cause. However, we at Steven Alan always strive to be professional, clear in intent and open to communication with potential hires. In turn, we do expect the same from any candidates being considered or those who have been offered a role with our team. We thank and appreciate all those who are interested in joining the brand.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Steven Alan (New York, NY)
Interview
interview process was pretty standard, interviewed and then did a training day which continued at the store. normal questions, nothing really difficult to answer. mainly about previous experience, about the brand and the vendors they stock.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Steven Alan
Interview
Over the phone and in person. Management wants to get you know and the your fit/role in company. Went for the interview in store with direct manager, then was directed to interview on the corporate level. Nothing too surprising.
