Interview
They hire anyone who is willing to stand 12 hours in a hot environment. They don't ask many questions because it's such a high turn over position. If you are already there then you are basically hire as long as you show up with the required documents for orientation within the next day or two, they will "train" you right after orientation but only on 1 machine and then you might be on a different machine your first day so just be ready for anything.

I heard back from them the follow day and got called in for orientation. They go over who and what the company does and after they take you to the warehouse and train you how to run a machine with the guidance of a current employee.
