Interview
You first get an initial Interview with the Supervisor at the plant you get a walkthrough with the supervisor meet the Maintenance lead and be shown the process you come back and have a more personal interview with the supervisor about your work experience and discuss how you can contribute and be a good fit with the company. If all goes well you will be asked for a second interview with the plant Manager and go into a more detailed discussion about your strenths and overall feeling about joining the company.
