It was 2 months before i was contacted for the applied role. Once contacted the process was very quick and i received the offer in about 3 weeks. I had the HR phone screening interview followed by a phone interview with my hiring manager and a 3 hour interview with the prospective team.

Several behavioral and situational questions such as "How did you enforce compliance with the implemented processes globally" etc.
Very well organized and good communication throughout the process. Interviewer kept my apprised of my status. Clear expectations were set on next steps. The onboarding process is comprehensive with easy-to-follow steps to get started at Stericycle.

Fastest I've ever experienced anywhere! I scheduled my own first interview with HR after completing my application, was able to be scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager the same day, and then wrapped up two additional interviews within a week! After that, I received a job offer notice, then the offer!
Preliminary phone interview with hiring manager, discussing my background and learning more about the role to explore fit. Included review of my relevant skills and experience, discussion about travel expectations, and estimated base salary.
