Informal, one supervisor, walk through the Plant, watched employees at tasks, I wasn't able to ask any questions, plant area too loud, and supervisor moving too fast, felt like they only wanted a body to plug into a spot.

Do you have dependable transportation, Offered $10.65 an hr, given $10.40, only get 2.5% cost of living, now $11.19, no incentive or production bonus. Promised no more than 50hrs a week,no weekends. Second week worked 84 hrs plus Saturday.

Came in did a walk thru the plant wanted to give me a clear view of the job being done. I seen guys in the dock working hard as a team and that’s when I knew I would be a great fit for the job.
