I interviewed at Step Into Teaching (Exton, East Midlands, England)
Interview
Very friendly phone interview, was reassured that once my profile was set up they would get back to me with any vacancies. However, as soon as I sent off my information I never heard back from them. I was completely abandoned.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Step Into Teaching (Southwell, East Midlands, England)
Interview
I engaged in several weeks of email communication with SIT regarding an open position. Despite the supposed initial interest and scheduling of interviews via phone and Microsoft Teams, multiple appointments were missed without clear communication. Ultimately, I was ghosted - left with no explanation or closure. Whole heartedly cannot recommend to those looking to get into teaching.

Short process submit video and portfolio then interview at the school you are to be placed at. Interview feels more like an informal chat and is quite straightforward questions. Not much prior experience in education needed either as it is a graduate role.
