Stellar Search interview questions

The interview was not very lengthy. The questions were generic and they explained about the company properly and about the responsibilities that would be required to be done when I'd join the company.

It was a very smooth process facilitated by the team. There were 3 rounds of discussions with various stakeholders, guiding me about the organisation culture, values and drivers. Each conversation lasted about 45 minutes leaving an ever lasting impact. The team at Stellar was great to interact with - right from the top management to the recruitment coordinator.
