Before the interview, they asked me to do the DISC Personality Test and 16 Personalities Test. I have a face-to-face interview at Sunway Nexis (near MRT station) with two interviewers: the CEO and an HR representative. The interview is about 1 hour and cover both behavioral and technical questions. There won’t be a live coding test, but I will be asked to discuss my web application assignments, explain my technical decisions, and demonstrate my understanding of front-end concepts.
