I did the initial phone screening with a recruiter, then I received an invitation to interview with the Team Lead. After the interview with the Team Lead, later that day I received a call with feedback and I was accepted. During this process, Stefanini maintained communication. The process was really easy!

Initial interview just took 15 to 20 mins. All about resume, your availability, salary expectation and basic questions. Must be fluent in english. It's online and fast, straight forward. No need to worry much but you have to still practice your communication.
