Hello, and thank you for your honest review. While you are correct that we do augment our staff through various avenues like HCS, we still do most of our hiring in-house through our Recruiting Department. So it is true that there are a lot of times that we have so many positions open that we must reach out to other companies, we still look at everyone the same way; as employees.
