I had a phone Interview with the new company. Since I was already working for the contracted company from another subcontractor, the interview process was mostly standard. They had several managers online to do the interview, we went through 12 to 15 questions regarding the job opening and my tech related experiences.

Over the phone, no real technical questions. More about customer service. They asked me about my work history and told me they could only offer 16/hr which at that time I was willing to take any rate. I waited 2 months for them to finally call me back to ask me if I was still available and ready to work, pending a background check.
