Steerwise interview questions

It was a 4 step process. Had 2 in-person discussions with the CEO and COO. They walked me through their vision, business model, what they were working on, what they expected from me in a senior role, and how would grow in the company. 1 round of compensation negotiation / background checks etc. Final round of meeting with the larger team (they were pretty small at that time 2 years back)
