I applied online and the process took three weeks. The interviews were online due to COVID. I talked with three team members in three sessions. The team members were the two co-founders and the head of engineering.

Question 1
The interviews were situational and behavioral focused. The team was clear in their needs for this role and I was able to align how my experience can be valuable to the team.
It was so satisfying to hear the team talk about the vision of the product and for it all to align.

Interview
The interview process felt traditional. Met with the hiring manager first and then on to other team members and key members of departments I would interact with on a regular basis. I met w/ 4 people total, but I believe it's closer to 5 on avg. Typical experience and knowledge-based subject matter questions. Some situational questions as well.
