No interview was applied online. I updated my details and got an SMS with my unique code. went for training and I passed the test. We attended training on census 2022.
Not really an interview. It was multiple test, the tests were not difficult, they needed one to understand what was being taught. It is also useful to make your research about the organization for more understanding.

There were two people who interviewed me. One was from HR the other a supervisor. The questions were mostly about me. So qualities such as collaboration, interpersonal skills were of importancy.
