I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Statistics Collaborative
Interview
The interview process was very well organized. First I did a phone interview where half the time I talked to someone in a senior position about my resume and experience. The other half I learned more about the company and the projects they were working on. A few days later I was told I would come in for an in-person interview. For the in-person interview I started out with completing a written proof reading test for about 30 minutes. Next I met with 2 people in senior positions for about 45 minutes. We talked about my experience, how my experience could be applied to the company, and I was asked a few casual questions about how I would deal with a few situations. The last part of the interview I met with 2 people in more junior positions which consisted of more behavioral type questions. Everyone was very polite, friendly, and professional. I would have loved to work here if I wasn't offered a different position with a higher salary.
