They email me for shortlisted and called me for an interview which was face to face, after reaching them come to know they dont want someone who is experinced and also dont have budget, gone through 2 rounds of interview, and asked to leave, when I contacted HR for an update then come to know they dont have budget, so they have proceeded with 2 other fresher candiates, where they can say money on but still they want to interview experinced and technicall person to waste the time, the panel was not good in communication, still they explained me about roles and responsibitltes , what will be my posotion , how i am going to work and everything, but still choose budget, I agree they have budget limit but they already knew my package and my expectation but they still choose to interview me, where they agreed for my expectations.
