Interviewed by the director (~August 2015). The worst interview I have ever had. The director appeared to not have any understanding of the skills required for the jobs. On a personnel level, the director lacked manner and was extremely unprofessional and rude.

Did not ask questions. Spent 75% of the time talking about herself. Was followed up with regarding 2nd interview, stating it would be scheduled. They never reached out to schedule me.

Scheduled interview via online process. Met with HR team member. Answered basic questions - why do you want to work here, how did you hear about the opportunity, etc. Informed will forward answers to corporate team and someone will contact you. A couple days later I learned that the position was filled prior to my HR screening. While I understand this happens, it is frustrating. The HR screening occurred in mid December, I received my rejection email mid Jan.
