The interview consisted of two main stages:
1. Portfolio Review:
I presented selected projects from my portfolio, focusing on my problem-solving approach, design decisions, and the impact of each project. I also highlighted how I work with components, systems, and constraints in Figma.
2. Call with the Design Lead and Stakeholder:
This conversation covered my overall experience, how I approach complex or ambiguous tasks, and how I prioritize and communicate during challenging situations. I was asked to walk through the most interesting recent project I worked on, including my end-to-end design process. We also discussed recent Figma updates and how I stay up to date with new features. I explained how I work with design systems—both using existing libraries and contributing to or maintaining them.
