Very thorough process. Several phone screens followed by a written exercise and then face-face interviews. Panel presentation to several members of the team. Met with the CEO as well as other executives on the team.

Describe a time that you had difficulty dealing with a co-worker, how did you handle it.
Long, Complicated, Lies. They outlines a four interview process, drag me through the first two saying great things. Then the third phone interview reveals they're not looking for a sale engineer, they're looking for a development architect and lied about it; they don't even know how to deploy their product in their first customer test environment.
