Applied online at People First website. Three days later I was sent an email asking me to complete an online behavioral assessment. I waited about a month for an interview. It was a panel interview and a written component. I was emailed a contingent offer and the paperwork to complete my background check two days after my interview.

10 behavior type questions, requiring the STAR method. Met with two supervisors, both professional. Afterwords you answer scenario questions and return in a hour. Interview went very well, most questions asked are found on this website.

Interview
Panel interview consisted of 3 people asking scenario questions. If you have basic common sense it should not be a problem. The focus is child safety, just keep that in mind and the rest should be a piece of cake!
