I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at State Street (Bengaluru) in Aug 2023
Interview
The HR recruiters in Bangalore are pathetic. I wonder how they became HR professionals when they do not have the basic etiquette of being a HR. Once you clear all the interviews, they ask for your expected CTC. They do this for few more candidates, whoever quote the less CTC, they will go with them. I did not even know this and came to know about it later when one of my friends was offered and not me, all the while HR was saying me that there is a hiring freeze or approval is awaited from business. Why not say the exact reason that my expected CTC was more and you could not afford it? I thought this org is good but I would never join such an org where there is no basic professionalism or recruiters are trained to say lies! There is no HR ethics at all!
