Good. Straightforward. Easy going. HR is good. Ability to work with pressure and ability to work from home. Very straightforward interview with two other rounds. It was a great experience preparing for other interviews too. It’s a great company to work for.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at State Street (Boston, MA) in Aug 2015
Interview
Straight forward, no surprises. I had one phone interview (direct manager), then in person interview with 3 other members of the team I would be joining. I would consider it 50/50 behavioral and content. Fair all around.
