State Street is one of the worst companies in terms to Interview process. They selected my resume from Naukri and the HR (Mayukh Chanda) after having some brisk discussions told, that he will be sending my resume to the senior manager. If he approves the profile, I will be called for a F2F Interview, which did happen 3 days later. As informed, I went for the interview the following day. I had to wait for sometime. There were no other candidates, in the reception, when I entered. After waiting for some time, the contact person named Pavan Murgod came and took me inside. I came to know that he is the senior manager and he would be taking my interview. The interview went very smooth and good. I am a professional, with 7+ years of experience, and I am already working as an Assistant Manager with a financial organization. So the management questions and strategies are cakewalk for me. Operational questions, whatever he asked I was able to answer with respect to Risk and Audit and even I had been beyond the level of average answers. I had used many such terms along with their operational explanations with illustrations while explaining my point of views to him on any question that by par the answers and professional approach had been beyond any average candidate. I am writing with this confidence because I have that confident approach when it comes to my sphere of work. After almost an hour of interview, he told me that I can leave for the day and the HR will get in touch with me for the further processes. I did not have any notice period to serve at that point and was an immediate joiner. I came back home and till today I haven't received any calls from the HR department of State Street. I myself called the HR after almost 10 days from the interview and he said that there has been no feedback (either positive or negative) shared by the management on me. Such is their level of unprofessionalism that this is the covered up answer I get. Stop this.
