I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at State Farm (Winter Haven, FL) in Aug 2014
Interview
the process was fairly long for me. I was out of state from where I would be working so I was emailed to take a skills test & drug test once I did that I got chosen for a phone interview. Phone interview was very structured &a very stiff. Seems like they don't care what you say, as long as you are saying it in, situation, action, result, formate. Start with an opening &I have a closing. Very uptight & not my style of interview but it was easy enough.
