I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Tempe, AZ) in Oct 2022
Interview
Straightforward, online. Went through an online hiring process that included behavioral and technical questions. The software recorded your answers, and you never spoke to a real person. Had no difficulties.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Merge sort, algorithm-based questions. Behavioral questions about why you want to work there.
Started with a HireVue after I passed resume screen. Had a few behavioral questions with ~2-4 min to answer, and then a technical section in the middle. The question wasn't very difficult and I passed all tests, then the next page was explaining my approach.
Ghosted + rejected a month after finishing the HireVue.
The Easy Process recruitment process consisted of an online assessment and a final round interview. Don't remember the questions but I think they cared about the thought process more than the solution
Two interviews. First online through HireVue and second zoom call. Both technical and behavorial questions. My question was a Leetcode medium. Most important thing they look for is problem solving
